Drawing on her experiences working in secular positions and at SpiritFM, Abby illustrates how we can live our faith in our workplaces whether we work in a faith-based or secular job, as well as the challenges presented to her own faith in work. Interview with Catholic Foundation Essay Contest Scholarship Winner Heather Finster
Abby from the SpiritFM Big Big House Morning Show interviews Heather Finster, an 8th grade student at St. Raphael School in St. Petersburg, and her mother Marybeth. Heather is the winner of a full-tuition scholarship to a Catholic High School in an Essay Contest sponsored by the Catholic Foundation with the prompt, “Why a Catholic Education is Important to Me and How a Catholic Education Has Made a Difference in My life.”
During Catholic Schools Week, we celebrate the importance of Catholic Education and share stories about the difference that Catholic Schools make in the world.
